The After School Enrichment Program is coordinated by Olinda PTA volunteers, with the goal of enriching the educational experience for Olinda students. Professional vendors and community volunteers host a selection of classes held conveniently after school on the Olinda campus.
Olinda PTA does not raise funds from this program, but actually subsidizes the cost of almost all classes, in order to make the classes more affordable for our families. We hope all students will find something of interest in the variety of classes!
Fall 2019 classes will begin October 7th and run thru December 6.
ATTENTION PARENTS: Fall 2019 registration will be done online through Membership Toolkit. Make sure you have an account if you want to register your child! Instructions for creating an account can be found here.
REGISTRATION OPENS SEPTEMBER 16th! To register your child:
- Review the course descriptions & calendar to choose your classes
- After September 16th, go to the Membership Toolkit online store to purchase your classes and complete your registration form. If the class you are interested is full, enroll in the corresponding waitlist class. We will contact you when a space opens up.
- If you would like to pay by cash/check, choose “Pay Offline Later” at checkout. Print out your invoce and return it, with payment, to the PTA box in the office. Payment must be received by 10/2 or your child will not be allowed to participate. Please make checks out to Olinda PTA.
Chaperone/Scholarship applicants: If you choose to pay online, we will issue you a refund by 10/9 if your application is accepted. If you choose to pay by cash/check, we will notify you on October 2nd whether your application has been accepted or not. You will have until October 4th to submit payment for the correct amount. If payment is not received by Oct 4th, your child will not be allowed to participate.
Registration closes September 27th, at which point a $50 late fee per class will apply until October 2nd. No additional enrolment will be permitted after October 2nd. Absolutely NO exceptions!!! Thank you for helping us ensure the safety of your children by allowing us ample time to complete class rosters.
