Class Description

Does your child love to imagine, dream, reminisce of what happened on past vacations, special events, birthdays or what they will be when they grow up? Let’s document and collage their ideas and events. Let them tell their story!

I will supply the journals, markers, stickers, paint pens, washi tape, stamps, old magazines, vintage maps and fun theme ideas. Possible pages include Who I Am/Who I will Be, Ideal Day, Gratitude, Monochrome and Affirmations. There will be plenty of opportunities for them to create their own custom pages as well.

The student should bring their own paper ephemera such as tickets, receipts, family and pet photos, cards, old dance recital programs, sports ribbons, pressed flowers, sand from their fave beach, graduation notes, tiny treasures, etc.

Each artist will leave with their own accordion box scrapbook, a smashbook journal as well as some fancy pens, washi tape and a stamp. We will learn how to make flipable tabs, small envelopes, how to use paper punches and practice some new stencil techniques. More importantly, your young artist will learn one more way to positively, creatively express themselves.

*One badged and vaccinated parent chaperone is needed
