Fall Fun Fest!

We’re ramping back up for 2023 and bringing the Fall Fun Fest BACK! Come hang out to eat, play and check out the AWESOME HAUNTED HALLWAY (or moderately spooky hallway… it IS for the kids after all). We need all hands on deck! The Olinda Fall Fun Fest is hands down our largest fundraiser when it comes to person power, but the kids have SO. MUCH. FUN!!! You won’t want to miss this family friendly late afternoon of games , delicious food, crafts and the afore mentioned Haunted Hallway!

All proceeds (and by all we mean 100% less operating costs) go directly towards providing much needed classroom funds to our wonderful teachers! Teachers are free to use these funds as necessary for things like: field trips, school supplies, classroom furniture, and student incentives/prizes.

The success of this event depends on the generous support of Olinda families in the following ways:

Volunteering at the Frolic 

Parents, older siblings,  and adult family members can sign up for a volunteer time slot online:

Have fun interacting with the kids playing the games, serving food, or setting up/ running the Haunted Hallway! All supplies will be provided.

Sell raffle tickets to friends!! Tickets can be purchased until the drawing begins on OCT. 22nd (the day of Fall Frolic). More tickets will be available in the Parent Room! Below is the proper Raffle basket numbers. BE SURE TO MARK WHICH BASKET YOU WANT ON YOUR TICKET!! All tickets are eligible to win a $200 cash prize!

We need general donations and we are Accepting donations NOW!!

Donate Pumpkins (mid-size) for crafting and décor.

Donate sweets (individually wrapped) for sweet treat offerings to sell at the Frolic

Loan us your pop-up (ez up style) shades, large ice chests.

Donate snack size packages chips, water, sodas, juices for our concessions (drop off in parent room.

Drop of general donations in the parent room by Wednesday, October 19th!
